If this is the man I believe him to be we sat next to each other in History class at Benjamin Franklin high school. I've often thought of him throughout the years.
In reading his obituary I'm almost positive he's the man I remember... a soft spoken man with a welcoming smile. He often tried (in vain) to keep me out of trouble by whispering wise counsel.
I regret that when I finally searched for him it was his obituary I found. I've often wanted to let him know...that I turned out... all right.
